Dec 06, 1996 -Dec 06, 2021 , life has been good so far and it will keep being better and better. Do I believe in that? No. I want to work on that and make sure things go nice and wise. This is not the article or the blog, it's the life itself that has been lived under every emotion of joy and sorrows, failures and success, ups and downs, right and left ok let make it quick and assign 0 and 1. Life has been lived in between 0 and 1 with a varying scale. This is not the biography too. It's just one quarter of human life being concluded so that things will look more clear and the future will look more bright. We live on lots of aspects like there is family, there is home, there is society, there is a nation, there are friends, there are supporters, there are critics, there are challenges, there are different times and spaces in between where I have been into. I'm like this because of all the aspects that I have been in to and it's not that important, what's important...
MSP program is
program by MIC to enhance student's involvement in technology, leadership, teamwork,
innovation and entrepreneurship. MSP is platform for student to lead their
dream to destiny, program that recognizes deserving candidates to be MSP.
So if I
got opportunity to run MSP program, how would I ??
There are few procedure to run MSP and
while doing so selection among registered candidate is first. As there is
provision of orientation for MSP applicants to explain about MSP, what is MSP?
what are quality that a candidate must hold
to be MSP ? What are responsibility of MSP after being one ? I would
conduct orientation to explain everything about MSP so that they would
know what they are going to be. If I conducted orientation program I would make
it more interacting to build up confidence, communication skills,
teamwork and coordination among candidates. Its not easy to judge someone's
ability just within few hours, tasks to candidate would be
efficient one so that their talent and skills could be noticed well.
So if it was about selection of candidates what would
be criteria to choose them?
Passion for technology, creativity, Leadership, teamwork, communication skills, motivation, learning, confidence and finally personality. Though we are choosy in every perception
but also sometimes it becomes quite hard to choose best one eliminating others.
I would prefer ordinary people with something extra in themselves reflecting themselves as extraordinary ones. Those
who are intended to serve humanity with technology making mother earth better
place to live than it is. Those with vision who are focused to giving rather
than personal gain. Those who are destined to serve society with their
innovations. I would prefer those who are working hard to be successful
entrepreneur. I would prefer smart ones rather than talents because smart ones
are those who bear something extra with them. I would choose those who can
comfort themselves in any situation without any compromise and can seek better
solutions.
How would I run one year program after
selecting deserving MSP? MSP
program is all about recognizing students around who are passionate about
technology, who are willing to do something extra in the field of technology .
So after selection, program would be oriented to enhance them with even better
outputs. As this program is for students this means program for fresh and
creative mind willing to increase efficiency within them. So I would orient
program with platform to learn, to express, to discuss and to conclude. I
would conduct trainings so that them can develop better communications skills,
so that they can relate technology with simplicity of lives, so that they can express their
creativity. Program would be oriented to develop teamwork and leadership in
them. Program would be specially focused
on how technology would serve humanity and their presence in earth, would be
oriented to seek for better alternatives than we have in the field of technology. Different workshops, trainings, boot camps
would be hosted to cultivate learning atmosphere around and to increase
interaction among MSPs. I would conduct different trainings so that MSPs would
be familiar with MICROSOFT technologies and tools. How Microsoft is
building bridge between fresh startups and real world of IT would be one of
major concern. And I would introduce "student for student" program
for every MSPs so that they can interact with previous MSPs having lots of
knowledge and experience of tech world. And asking for feedback from previous
MSPs so that further MSP program would be
conducted in a better way because everything needs to be updated to meet up
recent demands if you don't believe me go through history of windows. Last but not the least, program would be oriented to transform caterpillars having enthusiasm of learning along with passion for technology to a successful butterfly with perfection and success so that they can come out and say "YAY! IT'S TIME TO SHINE".
